The Content is protected by Canadian copyright and trade-mark legislation, international treaties relating to intellectual property, and other applicable legislation. You agree to comply with the above-mentioned legislation and treaties and any additional copyright notices, information or restrictions contained in any Content available or accessed through MegaWest.

Users of MegaWest may use the Content solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Users of MegaWest wishing to use the content for any commercial use must obtain the prior express written permission of MegaWest.

Users of MegaWest may not copy the Content without the prior written express permission of MegaWest. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, users may not copy or adapt the HTML or other code that MegaWest generates, as this is also covered by the copyright of MegaWest.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, content consisting of downloadable software may not be reverse-engineered unless specifically authorized by the owner of the software’s patent and/or copyright.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by MegaWest, please provide the following information to MegaWest:

A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that is allegedly being infringed;
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is on the site;
An address, telephone number and email address where MegaWest can contact you;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that such use is not authorized by the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property rights, its agent, or by law;
A statement by you that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and
Your electronic or physical signature.

It is often difficult to determine if your intellectual property rights have been violated. We may request additional information before we remove any infringing material. Any removal of allegedly infringing material by MegaWest does not constitute an admission as to the ownership of the material.
